Jacqueline E. Atchisson

CEO/CFO/HR

Jacqueline is from Guayaquil, Ecuador, where she lived until 1982. She moved to the Miami, Florida and attended school for Business Management and Finances. Living in the US has provided her with opportunities to grow and develop, both in her personal and professional life. While she was attending College worked as the Asst. Director for one of the largest maintenance company at the Miami Airport with 800 employees. In this position she helped create a business acumen with a strong finance and HR base. She later became the GM FOR A Large Amusement Park in Dade County. She then spent some time in the Non-Profit sector as the Director for the Seafarers House in Port Everglades and that lead to a regional position for Goodwill Services over seeing 7 stores throughout Dade County. When Scott asked if she would partner with him in owning Fleet Tire Truck and Auto she said lets be great at it…..

Scott spent the first half (25 years) of his working life in the IT Technology field starting as a field technician right out of the US Navy and ending that chapter of his life as a Manager, Director, VP over seeing multiple IT projects and Departments. Notably IT Area Manager for American Airlines SABRE Group Latin America, Project Manager Lead for the Ft Lauderdale Airport infrastructure design and implementation, VP lead for the new security infrastructure implementation Design Build in MIA airport in response to 9/11, $22 million BID completed in 11 months w/4500 LD’s tied to it, IT Services Manager for The City of Miami Beach….

Scott was born and grew up in St. Louis Mo. His father was a contractor and both grandfathers were a wood craftsman and an electrician. He developed a love for cars before he had a license to drive and continued this passion throughout his IT career. He also never found in Florida a shop he felt comfortable taking his vehicles to (always more than 5 at a time) for the minor things he didn’t perform himself. i.e. alignments, AC service, tires. So… After experiencing the inner workings of local government he made the guided decision to approach the owner of a Goodyear Facility and offer to purchase the business. Now his hobby is his career and it’s the best decision he has made outside of marrying his wife Jackie. He re-organized the shop processes, made capital improvements to bring the facility up to today’s technologies in service, and has retained only staff that he would trust working on his own vehicles. He is a “Hands On” owner.

Fleet Tire Truck and Auto Center (FTTA) has been recognized as one of the top 30 (#26) Goodyear Faculties in the nation out of more the 2300 stores nationwide in customer satisfaction. By market place insight. The only facility in South Florida. FTTS services more than 35 local fleet accounts and performs more the 9000 services per year with its 9 bay shop and 5 service technicians.

Jackie and Scott Live in Broward County have been married forever and have 2 great children William and Natalia.
